Diana from Basel started listening to Infotourist in 2005 taking part in the quizzes, and has also
become a regular participant on our chat forum.
A Kentish girl, she was born in Farnborough England, but emigrated to Switzerland with her parents
in 1973, and likes to practice her English with Infotourist and our listeners all over the World.
Diana tells me she loves listening to Infotourist. It's great having you 'on board', and thanks very much for putting
a face to the name !!
Diana spent a few days In Saanen by Gstaad. Diana tells me 'When Switzerland played against France , I put
on my Helveticull Outfit! The scarf I received from Radio Beo for the quiz points'
Also knowing we love our flowers, Diana has sent this snap of a beautifull Beoland flower 'We call it an Akalei..'
says Diana. I think in England it would be known as an Aquilegia or Granny's bonnet! But then I'm probably wrong!!!
Diana proudly displaying her Infotourist 'hop Schweiz' scarf. Sad they got knocked out, but then England
weren't far behind!!
