Pat Farrell from Scotland is no stranger to
the Oberland . She even spent two weeks in Rosemarie's Chalet . Although they have had many camping holidays in the
Oberland, it was the first time they had stayed in a Swiss chalet, and where better, on the shores of the gorgeous
Lake Brienz. Wonderful. | |
Here are three photo offerings from Patricia. First is the beautiful river Aare running through Unterseen.
Below is a great shot of Grindelwald High Street with a tantalsing glimpse of a snow capped wetterhorn in
the background.
Patricia reminds me of poor Mike losing his home during the severe
floods of 2005. 'It's amazing how he kept on with the programme through it all' she says. We all second that!! But then Mike
missing a show? 6300 shows and more without absence!
Here's an extraordinarilly beautiful shot of Bachalpsee up on the First above Grindelwald. But then every
photo taken up there is extraordinary isn't it!
